Ooma outgoing calls not working

Here is the process: Pick up the handset attached to the OOMA: Dial *15 then wait. Enter the number you want to call. THEN press the ANSWER BUTTON ON THE HEADSET to switch the call to the headset from the phone. It will then finish ringing the outside number on the headset.
